Obituary

Stella Falta was born on January 13, 1926 in Hamtramck, Michigan. She died on Sunday, June 30, 2019 with family by her side. Stella was 93 years old. Stella loved to cook and bake, not just for her own family but for others too. If she wasn't in the kitchen, she was watching a cooking show or a game show or listening to the radio. She also enjoyed walking, playing solitaire and completing word search puzzles.

Beloved wife of the late Stanley. Loving mother of Frank (Debby) Falta and Richard (Cindy) Falta. Cherished grandmother of Jeffrey Falta, Matthew Falta, Rachel Falta, Kurtis Falta, and Brian (Bre) Falta. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents John and Pauline Starosciak and her brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 5, 2019 from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road at Masonic, Warren. Rosary Friday 7:00 pm by Sister Marie Miller. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 6, 2019 at 10:00 am at the funeral home.Family will receive friends from 9:00 am until time of service. Burial only will take place at Resurrection Cemetery following the funeral service.

Memorials contributions to the Capuchins Soup Kitchen , 1820 Mt. Elliot Avenue, Detroit, MI, would be appreciated.
